About Us

Computer Quest Overview

What is Computer Quest? We’re your business IT services provider that’s here to keep your organization running. Are you tired of your help desk technician reactively fixing issues instead of proactively preventing them? Let Computer Quest show you that with proper network maintenance, you can save thousands by proactively preventing the issues causing your company headaches, downtime, and lost revenue. While the other guys are out there fixing what’s already broken, we’re here to keep your systems healthy so you don’t have these outages or failures. We understand that your business has to be online and running, but you don’t have time for daily interruptions. Let Computer Quest monitor and maintain your IT infrastructure so technology becomes less a problem and more of a solution.

You already know that exercise and a healthy diet are the key to a healthy lifestyle, well the same applies to your computer systems. Here at Computer Quest, we will perform routine maintenance, health checks, backup status reports along with keeping a close eye on your systems for problems before they arise. Using some of the most advanced tools in the industry, you will receive the maintenance and health checks that some of the top Fortune 500 companies receive without paying the cost of a full time IT staff.

Computer Quest is here for you 24/7. We also specialize in remote, after-hours, and weekend support. Don’t pay the inflated hourly rates the other guys are charging to come out and fix issues in the evening or perform upgrades/maintenance on the weekend. Here at Computer Quest, we can offer you the skill and expertise of a large provider, but at a much lower cost. Do you want someone you can reach in the evening, but just can’t afford the rising, after-hour support prices? Then Computer Quest is your new partner!
